Ottawa Sun is a tabloid newspaper that is published in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It is owned by Postmedia Network. The paper serves the Ottawa area and is the local edition of the Sun Media chain.

The Ottawa Sun was founded in 1981 by Doug Creighton and his brother, Rick. The pair had previously worked for the Ottawa Citizen. The paper's first editor was Harvey Schipper who was succeeded by Peter Worthington in 1984.
