D.B Corporation Limited owns the Hindi daily Dainik Bhaskar. Ramesh Chandra Agarwal launched the publication in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, in 1958. Over the years, the publication has expanded its presence to 11 other states in India, including Bihar, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, and Himachal Pradesh, with a total of 46 editions. According to the Indian Readership Survey (IRS) 2017, Dainik Bhaskar is India's fourth most widely read newspaper, and the fourth most widely read Hindi newspaper.

Corporation Private Limited is a publicly traded corporation with promoters owning 69.82 percent and the public owning 30.18 percent. The promoters, who are members of the Agarwal family, own 15.07 percent of the company. Sudhir Agarwal and his brothers Girish and Pawan Agarwal each own 4.49 percent of the company. Other members of the family own the remaining 2.43 percent direct shares. Bodies/Corporation control 54.73 percent of D.B. Corporation Private Limited, with D.B. Consolidated Pvt. Ltd.
